Privacy statement

1.1.Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitutional Act 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data and the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the Regulations relating to Constitutional Act 15/1999 of 13 December on personal data protection, we inform you that by completing any form on the web or sending an email to any of our mailboxes implies the acceptance of this privacy statement and you consent to the Treasury to process the personal data you provide, in the terms and conditions stated herein.

1.2. Your User data shall be included in a file belonging to the Treasury and declared before the Spanish Data Protection Agency under registration code No. 2070810525

1.3.The User consents to the Treasury to include their data in such file with the purpose of conducting the financial operations offered through the Website and in particular, for the purchase, transfer and sale of securities and related to any of the products and/or services offered by the Treasury, such as, for instance, consulting transactions performed by the User.

1.4. The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection at any time by sending the application by writing to the following address: Directorate General for the Treasury and Financial Policy (Publicity Department), Paseo del Prado, 6, 28014, Madrid, together with a copy of your Passport or valid ID document, and indicating the petition on which the application is based on, the address for notification purposes, the date and your signature, and supporting documents, where appropriate.

1.5.Pursuant to the valid law in terms of data protection, the Treasury has adopted the levels of security appropriate to the data provided by the User and, in addition, has installed all the means and measures at their disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and removal thereof.

1.6. The Treasury presumes that the data has been entered by their owner or an authorised person, and that they are true and accurate.

1.7. The User shall be responsible for updating their data. The Treasury shall not be liable for its inaccuracy if the User does not report the changes that may have occurred (for example, change of email address).

1.8.By simply visiting the Website, the User is not giving any personal information nor is the user obliged to.

1.9. The Treasury undertakes to keep the strictest confidence over the information provided and shall only use it if the indicated purposes.
